Kelsey Kosmadakis, WHNP-BC
I completed my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012 at Boston College and a Master’s in Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2014, also at Boston College. When I attended Boston College, I was a student-athlete on the Track & Field team. I competed in the discus, hammer, shot-put, and weight throws. Since graduation a little over 2 years ago, I have enjoyed caring for women during pregnancy and throughout the lifespan. During my master’s program, I was lucky enough to have a rotation in uro/gynecology and I have enjoyed seeing patients’ within this sub-specialty as well. After practicing for 2 years now, I have realized that I also have a passion for caring for women in labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborns. For this reason, I am currently pursuing a Post-Master’s degree to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. I am hoping to complete my program by December 2017. I was born and raised in New Hampshire, and I moved to California after graduation in 2012, to start a new chapter in life with my, now, husband! We enjoy cooking, outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with our family and friends.
